Ship Transfer Clarification (.NA)

Hi, I want to transfer my main character to another ship, I have read the manual page https://www.pso2.com/manual/charactetransfer and I need a clarification of few points.
1- What items transfer?
I understand default storage items doesnt transfer, in the manual its says transfers inventory items and character items. Its should be clear, but I am a little confused, does it mean it transfer the inventory character (50 slots default) and the character storage (300 slots default), is that right?
So, I can transfer up to 350 items between inventory and character storage, that exlcudes default, material, etc. Right?
Also its says Auxiliary transfer, I guess the units and weapon have equiped transfer with him?
2- Accesories, Hairs, Head Parts registered in salon.
The manual literaly says " Ensembles unlocked via Salon Tickets that have been used and registered to a character at least once. " But what do cover "Ensembles"? I think everything register on the character salon should be available after the transfer.
This is my biggest issue, my character is a cast and if i lost all the head parts along with other accesories, body paints, etc would be a BIG loss.
3- Is there any important thing left behind in the ship?
AC, SG, FUN, Miles, Battle points are account wide, but Casino Coins not, so I should have to spend before transfer, is there anything more?

Its may look so trivial but I am a little worried before buy the transfer, If someone can clarify those points, thank you and sorry for my bad english.

Win Win improvements for Raid

We often get a lot of posts complaining about the cost to complete tournements and events, lack of goodies for FTP etc... but I gather those vent sessions like shouting into the wind. Plarium is a for-profit company, and they've chosen to run this game in a manner that works to maximize profits through whales.
With that said, I see a number of ways that Plarium can improve gameplay for users while also improving their revenue base, or improve game quality of life without imparing existing revenue. My thought is that the community would be better served to identify so-called "win\wins" and push for those specific improvements.
Here is my list:
QOL improvements that may lower quit rates
  1. roll out stage 20 for potions & minitaur - increased energy usage partially/largely offsets increased drop rates, but mid/end game players don't have to spend significant time running these dungeons.
  2. increase the number of EXP postions when dropped - Currently getting 1 is a slap in the face... 4-5 exp potions don't change game economics but will make players feel better.
  3. Remove tail risk from artifact upgrades - After X failed rolls to upgrade, your chances of success can slowly and very marginally start to increase. The average rolls for success can even be kept unchanged by marginally lowering success rates overall. The end result is to remove the risk of that 40 rolls to go from 15 to 16 that costs 3 million for a banner. I would guess that anyone that has experience a truely terrible set of bad luck rolls from level 15 to 16 on an accesory has thought about quitting. Some, including spenders, almost surely have quit.
  4. rearrange quests - covered ad naseum, but worth repeating. Maybe upcoming promised arena fixes address this, but all arena quests are significantly hard to achieve than other quests and represent an odd roadblock.
  5. Improve Gem production rates with gem mine - 5 with first upgrade, 15 with second, 30 with third (currently 5/10/15). Users will be more likely to invest gems (aka buy gers with $$$).
Revenue Generating Win/Wins for Plarium
Plarium's current business model is similar to a casino where the high roller area takes up about 80% of the real estate of the casino. This contrasts with the modern business model that; while still keenly focused on whales, also has a plethora of other offerings to the masses. Plarium needs to expand it's mass appearl offerings (please refrain from what about FTP players, plarium wants to make $$, lets accept it).
spending $20 a month should allow for more consistent game playing then it does now. $10 for the Raid card + $10 for the monthly gem package would get more consistent buyers if it facilitated more game play. Currently the gem package + gem mine + daily refills + random other refills (events, tournement, login, etc... ) rarely facilitate completing the 100 runs on auto... ergo the primary pass benefit is useless... also users instead use scripts to auto.
  1. half price gear removal once a month - users will probably waste more silver, since they will be more likely to de-gear and optimize.
  2. Raid Pass - buyers get reduced the time for energy replensish from 2 to 3 minutes. A modest 240 increase in energy per day, but a real benefit.
  3. Refills - Reduce refills from 40 to 30 gems - between gem mine, daily rewards, and the monthly gem pack, and misc refills, you now have enough energy daily to justify the raid pass autos, which will increase purchase rate of the raid pass.
  4. Greatly increase lower value rewards in tournements and events - Congrats, you wone 5,000 "units" at the slot machine... but it's a penny slot. The revenue model works. More rare skill tombs, more silver, more exp potions, more double exp, more mystery shards (with added feature for 100 myster shards = 1 Ancient shard), etc... Moderately increase other items such as ancient shards, void shards, epic books, etc... tl;dr - Make it so that FTP and low pay customers have plenty of goodies to win, even if they've no hope of getting everything/high valued items without saving.
  5. What about lost revenue from devauled goodies? - if smart, there won't be. Keep super high value items at current value/rarity. Whales will keep spending for sacred shards and legendary books. Introduce even higher value items to further entice whales... ie an "ideal shard" that gaurantees a legendary, or anchient void that gaurantees epic/legendary void.

PSA: If you go through the awful effort of installing the xbox app and then get the gamepass ultimate ($2 total atm), you will get some neat stuff.

To anyone that cares, I got the following:
And probably a few other little shits I forgot I got. Also the month is about to end, so we're about to get another bundle probably. Maybe. Still, it's worth 2 bucks.
Edit:
Okay apparently I have to make steps because everyone is confused, so here's the steps if you're in North America:
  1. Download Xbox App. Login to the account that you're going to use PSO2 with, seriously - do not fuck this up.
  2. Sign up for the xbox ultimate pass, I signed up for the xbox game pass for PC (Beta) first then I signed up for the ultimate. If you don't see the ultimate version for $1 then you need to get the xbox game pass (beta) or whatever first. Proof of cost.
  3. On the main page of the xbox app scroll down until you see the green perk bar and click it.
  4. YOU HAVE TO REDEEM TWO PERKS FROM THE PERK LIST. Simply click each one then click redeem and it will redeem it for your account.
  5. Go back to PSO2 and you will receive the items on your safe terminal thing, the one where you receive mail. It will have an exclamation on it. I was logged into the game when I did this during peak hours, so no you don't have to log out or any of that silly shit.
  6. Redeem the items on the character you're going to use or store them away like I did. Enjoy.

My toughts about the newer Paper Mario game: TOK

Hello Mario fans! I just 100% Paper Mario: The Origami King after 5 days of intense playing and I'm here to share with you my toughts on that new game, before TOK I've only played Super Paper Mario for the Wii but have seen some videos about TTYD, SS and CS.
Before starting I'll warn you that this post will contain major spoilers and not the best english grammar out there.
The Story
The writing of the story is great! Not as good as SPM, but really good. Some parts are very emotional, like Bobby's death and the final scene, and some parts were very funny and made me laugh, there is a great balance and the build-up to the final battle with king Olly is very hyping. You'll discover that Olly's plan was to destroy all the Toads after his creator, a toad, wrote inside of him very kinds words, which Only toughts were ugly scribbles. After his death, Olivia wishes that all of her brother's origamis get unfolded, unluckily also Olivia was folded by his brother. Overall the story is very good as always in Paper Mario games.
The Battle System
People complained that there is no EXP, and the game is trash without it, I think that's not true, even without exp the game rewards you with lots of coins and confetti, which are really useful to buy all collectibles and fill holes to 100% the game. The battle in this game is also splitted in two phases, the puzzle and the combact, the puzzle might be boring at first, but it gets more and more challenging in late game, the game also encourages you to complete it by giving you more coins. The actual battle however isn't that challenging, you choose the weapon, you choose the target and that's it, the only thing you can do is choose beetween the different boots and hammers or use objects, luckily boots and hammers don't break after a single use. In the puzzle phase you can ask help to Olivia, by pressing X, or get more time by pressing +,or even ask help to toads by pressing Y and giving coins, I personally used the toad feature just 4-5 times but it can be useful if you can't solve a puzzle and are willing to give 100/130 of your coins.
You could choose to skip battles, but I found that 80% of the battles are basically scripted by the game and you have to do them to proceed, and the running away feature rarely works, so yeah...
Accessories
You can buy accessories from shops, the first 3 types are used in battles, to get more HPs, defense, or time (all of them are very useful), then there are the bells accessories, which I abused to 100% the game (Some ? blocks were placed in very strange places and I had to use the bell to find them) and the last category has aesthetics stuff (like confetti turning into petals and sounds turning in SMB sounds) and QoL improving stuff, in general I found all of the accesories useful, unfortunatly there isn't really much customization in TOK, but it wasn't really a problem for me.
Partners
Partners are back! Even if they're temporary, they are all great partners, especially Bobby (RIP) which was a big part of the story and also used in combact, they can't be controlled, and only Professor Toad has special overworld abilities, but they're ok.
Bosses
Many people got upset that we got bosses like Tape and Coloured Pencils, but I think they're awesome bosses for a game that is now about paper mechanics, the boss battles are interesting, all of the bosses have different personalities and different playstyles, and it's so satisfying when you use the 1000-folds arms to finish them of. The only downsides for me were the water and fire vellumentals, both of them were tedious and boring, but asied of that, nice bosses! (Tape for smash)
Design
The graphic of TOK is the best in the series in my opinion, very similar to CS. The design of the worlds is also well done and all of the characters have their own personality, this time because Bowser isn't a villain, we can have his minions as NPC to get more variety.
Soundtracks
It's Paper Mario, do I really need to say that the music is phenomenal? I liked every single one of them, and the idea of putting the same battle music remixed for every world is great! Paper Mario is the only series when you can battle big shyguys wearing tutus with a punk swan lake music!
Worlds
Every single world was great, there is the ground themed world, an autumn mountain with a river to guides you to a Ninja theme park, a desert with a big city with casino-vibes and a buried tomb with a disco, a big sea with lots of islands and a mountain inside a giant cube underwater, a spa on the clouds with bowsers castle and a volcano with a giant refolded Peach's Castle. In my opinion the 5th world disappointed me a bit because it felt a bit too small and empty, but it was my favourite nontheless, the fact that they're all linked is also cool to travel, with the inclusion of world pipes, fax-teleportation and the cableway it was very easy to get to the places fast to get every collectible.
Collectibles
There are a lot of collectibles, the museum keeps all of the automatically and it's very useful to know what you need to get, the menu also has a complete lists of the toads collected, the holes filled, the ? blocks hit and the collectibles acquired (also, the number 69 is a desert tower with a fallic shape found next to a bed...) it wasn't easy to get them all, but it was fun, when you 100% the game you also get a secret ending and a fun dialogue with the toad in the museum.
Verdict
Give this game a shot, if you liked Paper Mario only because of the RPG... don't... but if you liked CS you'll definitely love TOK, great story, design, music, bosses... My playtime to finish the story was like 20 hours and another 10 hours to get 100%, definitely recommend it. Don't trust people that say that this game is trash because iT'S nOt tTyD 2!!1!!!

[Legend of Heroes: Trails of Azure] Finished the best JRPG I have ever played.

As a JRPG fan I have played almost every game of the genre out there except DQ XI and Persona 5, no game comes close to what Ao No Kiseki brings to the table and its an incredible big heartful game, lets take a look at what are those points:
Main Characters:
Despite being cliche at times where Lloyd super power is to abuse Talk No Jutsu, he brings some interesting strong points to the team, he is not the strongest at all but he brings leadership, detective skills and intuition, he connects with everyone on a deep level, is full of flaws which makes his bold decisions be even more meaningful and he doesn't always win with his talk as we see:
These points made him grow even more as he knew he wasn't decisive enough to get through them and with his actions he broke any wall he had on his face.
Storywise his strong points is that of a defensive unit, his Tonfas are meant to protect (like Estelle) and disable his enemy, its why Arios couldn't defeat Guy no matter how much he wanted to. I built Lloyd like this as well, made him as an evasion tank that casted Adamant Guard on his allies and pulled enemies attention to him.
Lets look at the others quickly:
These characters had such a fantastic relationship of friendship, family and love, its gonna be hard to find a better cast in a JRPG.
NPC:
Since Trails in the Sky we saw how NPC got much more protagonism but in this duology they are developed its crazy:
There were others like Cecil, Armorica Village chief and his son getting in trouble with an Erebonia dude trying to rip them off, mine folks, Zeit (love this doggo!), Casino owner and his relation with Randy, Arc D Ciel team, Wendy of the Orbal Staff, Fran, Detectives Scott and the other one, Bracers Ling and Eolia, Michel from Bracer's Guild, Old Dragon Dinner waitress caring a lot for Rixia, the nurses of the Hospital were a fun bunch as well with some air heads here and there, Kilika being absolute badass all game long with Lechter, Cao who was one of my favorite characters as well and so many others.
The NPCs stole the show a lot for me and its what made the game so full of heart and something few games will be able to manage, making you know Crossbell State like the palm of your hands.
Story:
There were stuffs I didn't enjoy much like Dieter and Bell being suddenly evil or Ian being persuaded by Lloyd a bit too easy with Ellie's help.
But omg there were some incredible hype moments like the fight against Ernest, the moment you meet Giliath Osborne and the Republic representative, when you meet Olivier and Kloe <3, the moment you got attacked by the Imperial and Republic terrorists and saw when Red Constellation put them on a wall and murdered them, the declaration of independence, trip to Michelam and fun times, the awakening of keA, Ouroboros lending the three Aions which freaking DESTROYED Garrelia Fortress, the moment we got defeated by Ogre Rosso, whole City under attack with lots of people injured including Illya, Demon Wald destroying Downtown everything according to Dieter (Ian) plan, the meeting with the 6th Anguis Dr Norvatis, facing Arios to rescue keA, got arrested after bending the knee, the prison break with Garcia, the moment you meet Divine Wolf Zeit, getting help from Wazy and KEVIN!, meeting with the team, facing Noel, then stoping the Bells you had to face CAMPANELLA (hated that fight), facing off The Valkyries and Duvalie, then facing freaking Arianhord! who acknowledge you after making her fall on her knees, finding out that keA reversed time and that you actually died facing Joaching due to not having Renne assistance so she made Renne appear in The 3rd and made the SSS meet with Estelle and Joshua, also that one of her powers was to make people love her... no wonder she had a sad face all the time in Ao, followed with Lloyd moment with her and the credit scenes were whe see Crossbell invaded and the different factions fighting back, Mireille with Randy, Dudley and Noel, Tio with the foundation and Jonah, Ellie with.. idk who were those, and Lloyd with Arios and keA.
Such a fantastic story that had everything and The Special Support Section is currently my favorite cast in JRPG, such a well written family.
Thanks for reading, I know its a bit long but I had a blast with this game and its fantastic music.
This game is currently my favorite JRPG of all time.

Peli can win the podium vehicle easily

First you put an accesory from the style section of the quick menu, it'll force the game to save. Putting your spawn location as 'last location' makes it easier as you dont have to drive to the casino
You spin it and if it doesnt land turn the internet off or close the game inmediatly
It helps if you do it in an invite only server to connect faster
If it does land you put an accesory again to save and check if the car has insurance by driving it to ls customs
And now you have a fastass car to smash police and players with
Stay hidrated

As a 2004 player, here's why Habbo died (in my opinion)

This is an edited re-post of a reply I made earlier:
I started this game in 2004. I used to be obsessed with the game. I remember playing CokeMusic in 2003 and someone randomly name-dropping Habbo and never returning to CokeMusic after I discovered this game. I remember thinking it was a lego game. I remember being fascinated with the endless possibilities of an isometric 3D social game back in 2004. I remember how simple the game was. In terms of interface, design, avatar clothing, furniture, and so on. I remember the wealthy casino owners (on UK) like Jesta and interwebz.
In my opinion, the game went downhill once they started adding gimmicks like groups (yup, to give you a sense of how old I am) to the game. By the time they started adding the rest like quests and pixel furni, and so on, the game was already a shell of it's former self. Then they started adding a bunch of pointless gimmicky tacky clothes and accesories and furniture. The virtual design of the objects being added had lost the minimalistic integrity it once had. Simplicity was key here. I can't stress it enough. Look up pictures of "Habbo 2004" in Google if you don't understand. Habbo lost the minimalism that defined it in the early days. Basic furniture, basic clothes, basic rooms, basic interface - but the most important aspect of the game was the socialization. Just striking up random conversations with random people. Making friends with random people without needing to know their Facebook, Instagram or Snapchat 10 seconds after meeting them (again to give you a sense of how long ago I played the game).
Also, the transfer from Shockwave to flash made the game icky. Remember the iconic front page? With the ribbon "click here" button? Remember the simplicity of hotel view and cars driving by? Now it's just cluttered links and words that no one reads. And static pictures promoting some new feature or furniture or event. It's all so eye-glazing. If someone my age finds it too boring to look at, imagine someone who's 13, 14?
In addition to this, the advent of social media ruined this game. The game was booming before Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter. When the rest of the world didn't have a reason to be on the internet. It was a breath of fresh air. Like the internet in general. Even places like YouTube were breaths of fresh air. The internet now, though? Billions of users everyday. Everywhere feels cluttered and claustrophobic. I feel drowned out now. I feel like I'm just a tiny peep in an endless sea of voices, opinions, articles, arguments, etc. The internet has gone mainstream. The patience required to play a game like Habbo no longer exists in youth today. That's a fact.
Okay, so what really ruined the game? Three things:
One, the merger. Once all of the English-speaking hotels merged, a lot of things got funked up. It was actually really exciting at first (because I was kind of rich, and had a lot of "rare names" on the game that I love flaunting. There were more casinos to gamble in, more poeple to talk with, etc. But to be honest, that was the peak. Then the culture clashes of people from USA, UK, Australia, NZ, and Singapore caused some people to drop out. People missed the local feel of their hotels. (I remembered how much I loved "taking vacations" to other hotels to get a taste of their culture). Plus, the confusion of login information and same-name mixups caused a lot of people to throw their hands up in frustration and quit. A lot of rare usernames were destroyed with symbols, for example.
The second thing that ruined this game, and in my opinoin the most important was the "Great mute". I can't remember when it happened. But the whole Channel 4 debacle and the months-long mute destroyed Habbo. A lot of long-term players quit. A lot of noobs quit. The game had terrible public relations, investors pulled their money out of the game, and parents forbid their children from joining. As a result, revenue dropped, so gimmicks and elaborate schemes (massive advertisements, pointless money-grabbing furniture and clothes, etc.) on Habbo's part grew more obvious. When the game was finally unmuted, the hotel was a ghost town. A lot of people who were heavily addicted to the game were able to quit the game, albiet involuntarily. Because by the time the game was unmuted, they realized how much of their lives they were wasting on the game... and they chose not to come back. This happened in another gaming community I used to play. It was a rhythm arrow-based game. The community was at it's peak Christmas 2011. Then the website owners "were making changes" to the site which was supposed to be temporary. Ended up lasting like 4 months. A lot of people lost their skills and a lot of people quit after then.
The last thing that ruined the game and really put the nail in the coffin was the banning of gambling. I wasn't a gambler at all, but I always went into the casinos to see who the latest rich people were, the new designs in the casinos, and just watch the highrollers making big bets. That was the last thing Habbo had going for it in terms of old-school users and dedicated users. Gambling was the economy of Habbo. It was the stock market of Habbo. It was where wealth was traded and transferred. A lot of people just quit once that ended up happening, and the economy froze (not necassarily crashed) once that happened.
